County Road

We were driving somewhere when John Denver's song 'Country Road' came on the radio. As the music played, I said, "I always thought this song said County Road". Jennifer got this look of trying to ignore me, since this is one of her favorite songs. As the song went on, I tried to sing along with it, saying "'.....County Road, take me home.' Wait, country road actually makes more sense." Jennifer still tried to ignore me and tried not to smile. Allison was in the backseat and responded. "He is obviously singing 'Country road, not county road." Jennifer responded to Allison, "Ignore him, he is just trying to pull my chain.... and it is not working."
